MAIB Response

MAIB Response

MAIB has been planning and taking the necessary steps to prepare for the impacts from coronavirus on our staff, clients and providers. We are following the advice of public health authorities and preparing contingences for our staff, in order to maximise the continuity of care for MAIB clients during the ongoing and changing impacts of the coronavirus.
Our priorities during this pandemic are:
  • The health and safety of all MAIB staff.
  • The ongoing care, health and service to our clients.
  • Doing our part to mitigate the impact of the virus on our community, including our providers
Our workforce is working from home enabling us to continue to support our clients and providers during this period. Please continue to contact us on our usual email addresses or on 1800 006 224 (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm).
